The open access mandate makes the results of DIT's research activity available over the Internet via Arrow. It ensures the rapid dissemination of results, and is free of charge to all end users. As a consequence, the impact of the research is greatly increased and the reputations of individual researchers, Schools and DIT as a whole are all considerably enhanced.
