The master plan for Grangegorman is taking shape and the detailed design of the new library there could start within the next 12 months.In preparation, DIT library staff will attend an ‘awayday’ at Grangegorman on Tuesday 17th June – to learn more about current developments at the new campus and about other new libraries in Irish Universities.
Kevin Street Library will open 9.30am – 9.30pm on Tuesday 17th June.
All other DIT libraries will close all day on that day.
This closure is regretted but it will enable all but a few library staff to participate fully in the process.
Staff and students who normally use our other libraries can, of course, use Kevin Street Library instead.
